#3: Exercise and Hydrate

Two things that college students and everyday humans neglect to do on a regular basis are hydrating and getting out and about! Your body needs time to let out pent up energy. On most days, you’re trapped at a desk in a cramped apartment or dorm. You should get outside or to a gym and expend some of that energy. Not only is it good for your physical health, it’s good for your mental health as well. Exercising releases chemicals in your brain to help you relax and recalibrate. Even if you’re distracted the whole time you’re doing it, it’s good to get it done. Not only this, but drinking more water and less coffee and soda (or for those 21+, perhaps beer?) will incredibly improve your quality of life. You won’t be as sluggish all the time and no more caffeine headaches or sugar rushes!
