Two little letters wield such a massive amount of power— NO. Learning to say no to your friends, roommates, relatives or whomever can unload a burden of stress in your life. Having the knowledge and discretion to know what you can and can’t handle is beneficial not only to yourself but to the people you’re trying to help. They don’t want to be let down in the end, so don’t set them up for it.
