New website offers support and resources for applicants and other users of ISTS’ online system

With the launch of ISTScustomercare.com this week, International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS) adds yet another new resource to its abundant support options for applicants, parents and other program participants who utilize the company’s online application platform, Application Information Manager (AIM).

The new website features a searchable knowledgebase and glossary of common application terms. In addition, this latest applicant support tool provides links to a variety of education and scholarship-related resources like ScholarUp, ISTS’ free e-newsletter for high school and college students.

AIM, the company’s proprietary online application platform, serves as the gateway for students to access and apply for ISTS-managed programs, upload required documents and manage their personal profile information. Other users – such as parents, guidance counselors, teachers and employers – can access the system to submit recommendations and evaluations or verify applicant information.

According to Jose Resendiz, Vice President of Customer Care for ISTS, the decision to create the ISTScustomercare.com website stemmed from the company’s dedication to providing a convenient and stress-free application process.
