Customer Care

The ISTS Customer Care department provides assistance and support to all program participants – including applicants, recommenders, managers, parents and nominators – via phone, live chat and e-mail during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Central). Customer Care Agents are trained on each program we manage and we are proud to offer support in English and Spanish as a standard. Participants also have 24/7 access to a Self-Help Portal and a web-based contact form.

Customer Care Credo: We do more than provide a service – we provide care! Hence, we will anticipate our customer’s needs and they will come to expect excellence from us. Our interactions will be timely, accurate, professional, consistent and courteous.
