I have been with ISTS for almost four years and each year has been a new opportunity for me to learn and grow.  At the beginning of this year, I became a Senior Program Manager. Therefore, in addition to my day-to-day Program Management, my role encompasses other responsibilities.  I am a resource for my peers and play a vital role in the training and mentoring of new employees within the Operations department. I am motivated and driven by my ability to successfully deliver on each of these responsibilities to both my clients and my co-workers.

During my time with ISTS, I have found that one of my biggest strengths is my ability to deliver excellent service by maintaining long lasting client relationships and ensuring success through well organized and planned program management.  To me, my clients are more than just clients; they are business partners with a personal connection. Each one of them is special and I want them to know that there is a real person on the other side of the telephone with compassion for their needs as both my client and as an individual.  My role enables me to share my learning and development with others to facilitate company-wide growth while further establishing these strengths as an ISTS service standard.  At ISTS, what sets us apart from the competition is the level of service that our clients can expect to receive no matter who they are partnered to work with.
