As a second-year Program Manager, my focus continues to be enhancing the client experience and understanding what that means for each individual client. Interpreting our clients’ goals and objectives not only allows us to be a great partner, but also gives us with the opportunity to create a great product and deliver a great service.

With a background in Customer Service, Vendor Relations, and Management, I truly empathize with our clients who offer tuition reimbursement benefits and employee dependent scholarships. Now more than ever, companies are focused on retention and ISTS can provide those populations with a seamless user experience to make educational benefits more accessible. Working directly with a Program Support Specialist, my team presents resolutions for any inquiries from participants and applicants. From these inquiries, we’re able to determine themes and offer insight to our clients regarding industry trends or potential program enhancements based on our experience.
