I joined the ISTS team in May of 2022 as an Accounting Specialist. I enjoy my role as it requires attention to detail and I get to work with many teammates throughout the day to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Before I started working for ISTS, I worked in various other roles, where I learned how to communicate to clients in a respectful and professional manner. I made it a goal to work in every possible position, to help me better understand what each role entails. I did this as I wanted to offer the best customer service I could and to also better understand my teammates and their roles within the company.

My work as an Accounting Specialist is to ensure that we issue all invoices out correctly and in a timely manner, to complete reconciliation reports when they are due, and to create a credit analysis when required. I also assist with client queries and requests as I enjoy finding solutions to any client’s question.
