Established in 1985, ISTS is the market leader for the full-service management of educational assistance programs such as scholarships, tuition reimbursement programs and grants. Our professional services are tailor-made for organizations seeking a better way to manage or expand their programs and our approach centers on delivering personal attention in a highly collaborative environment.
We have successfully managed thousands of programs for a diverse clientele across a variety of industries – including Fortune 500 companies, national associations, community foundations, state agencies and private foundations – and helped millions of students apply for financial assistance. In fact, since January 1, 2010, we have awarded funds to more than 150,000 students!
Our Core Values
At ISTS we base every decision we make on our values. This philosophy is shown by how we hire, reward, and promote employees; serve and interact with clients and program participants; and how we live both in and outside of the office. We expect each team member to live our values in every interaction.
We make an effort to promote these behaviors and skills in ourselves and each other, every day. It contributes to a positive environment for all and helps us reach our goals. It’s no accident that the acronym for our values is GROWTH. If people are aligned with these values there is no limit to our potential for growth as a team.
