AIM Application System Information

ISTS’ proprietary online application system, Applicant Information Manager (AIM), was developed to facilitate all aspects of educational assistance program administration by ISTS’ staff. AIM is the backbone of ISTS’ administrative approach and is designed to handle any type of educational assistance program. Originally introduced in 2009, AIM was last upgraded in 2016 with a variety of design, security and performance enhancements.

AIM is 100% mobile-responsive and available from any device with an internet connection. The AIM interface adapts to the specifics of the user’s device (phone, tablet, computer) to allow for the best readability and user experience. In fall 2019, ISTS launched AIMobile, a native mobile app compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. Version 1.0 of this app allows applicants to: log into their account; view and update their account credentials and profile; check the status of existing applications/requests and supporting documents; upload documents; and review and manage program alerts/notifications. Future versions of the app will feature additional functionality for applicant users as well as offer access to third-party (approver) users.
