Introducing AIMobile

 

ISTS’ First Mobile App!

We are pleased to announce the official launch of AIMobile, the first native mobile app for our online application system, Applicant Information Manager (AIM). AIMobile gives users a fast, secure and convenient way to manage their account with ISTS. Version 1.0 of the app, which is optimized for applicants of scholarship programs, allows a user to log into their account, check the status of existing applications and supporting documents, change their email and password, review and manage program notifications, upload documents and more.

In mid-November, we will begin promoting the free app to users through a variety of channels including program status notifications, acknowledgement emails for support tickets, the Self-Help Portal and the web version of AIM. Learn more by reading our Frequently Asked Questions document.

Support Team Rebranding

 

Customer Care is now Program Support

ISTS’ internal call center, formerly known as Customer Care, is now part of ISTS’ Program Support team. Program Support Agents will continue to assist participants of ISTS-managed programs via phone, live chat, e-mail and online contact form.

Client Spotlight: Incourage

Incourage Community Foundation, in partnership with its donors, has supported students over the past 23 years with a robust scholarship program. Incourage transitioned it’s scholarship program to ISTS in 2017, which provided an opportunity to design a process that aligns with Incourage’s mission of advancing equity in all aspects of Incourage’s work. The selection process was made more equitable by reducing unintentional bias, ensuring a greater diversity of deserving students receive scholarships. Incourage administers more than 160 scholarships. This past year, over 75% of students who applied received a scholarship.

Tuition Discount Network

As an ISTS client, your participants have access to ISTS’ Tuition Discount Network which offers reduced tuition rates and other negotiated benefits. ISTS’ Account Management team works with educational institutions to establish and manage these partnerships on your behalf.
