Program Support During Company Meeting

Program Support Closed 9/17

To ensure all employees can attend our annual company meeting, ISTS’ Program Support team will be closed on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 for the duration of ISTS’ standard business hours (8:00am-5:00pm Central Time).

During this timeframe, Program Support Agents will not be available by phone or live chat. However, program participants may still submit inquiries via email or online contact form and will receive a response within ISTS’ standard reply window of two business days (by September 20, 2019). On September 19 from 1-2pm Central Time, ISTS will be hosting a free webinar tited “Re-examining the Health and Impact of your Scholarship Program”. This webinar is presented in partnership with the National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA) and is open to both members and nonmembers.

ISTS’ internal call center, formerly known as Customer Care, is now part of ISTS’ Program Support team. Program Support Agents will continue to assist participants of ISTS-managed programs via phone, live chat, e-mail and online contact form.

2019 NSPA Conference

2019 NSPA Conference

We invite you to join us in Minneapolis, MN from October 1-3 for the 2019 National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA) Conference. ISTS is a Gold Supporting Affiliate member of the NSPA and representatives from our team will be onsite as both attendees and exhibitors.

NSPA’s Annual Conference is a convergence of our profession: the intersection of diverse organizations in the scholarship industry, including foundations, public charities, educational institutions and corporations. The theme for this year is Making an Impact! Funding, Supporting, & Connecting Students through Scholarships and the event will feature sessions on program models that make an impact not only on the lives of scholarship recipients, but also on local communities and society as a whole.

Client Spotlight: Simon Youth Foundation

Simon Youth Foundation (SYF) is a national nonprofit committed to helping students graduate. SYF works toward this mission by partnering with local public school districts to launch Simon Youth Academies, alternative classroom settings located primarily in Simon Malls, and by providing Simon Youth Scholarships to Academy graduates and students who live near Simon Malls.

Since its inception, SYF has maintained a 90 percent graduation rate at its 37 Simon Youth Academies in 15 states, helping more than 19,800 students graduate, and has awarded more than $18 million in post-secondary scholarships.

Tuition Discount Network

As an ISTS client, your participants have access to ISTS’ Tuition Discount Network which offers reduced tuition rates and other negotiated benefits. ISTS’ Account Management team works with educational institutions to establish and manage these partnerships on your behalf.
