ISTS Update Regarding COVID-19

Telecommuting Policy Ensures Uninterrupted Service

Nashville, TN March 16, 2020

International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS) is closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as the situation evolves and are committed to promoting a safe and supportive environment for our employees.

ISTS is adhering to guidance from regional/local health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), and has instituted safeguards that allow our employees to focus on their health and do their part in the broader community’s effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. While ISTS’ headquarters in Nashville remains open for normal business hours for employees who choose to work onsite, we have expanded our existing telecommuting policy to ensure any employee who is uncomfortable coming to the office can successfully telecommute. For years, ISTS has invested in technology and resources so that employees working remotely can do so as effectively as if they were in our office and continue to provide great service and support to clients and program participants.

At this time, administration of our clients’ programs, availability of our online application system and support for program participants will not be affected.


Update 5.1.20: ISTS’ headquarters will remain closed until at least May 29.
Update 4.3.20: ISTS’ headquarters will remain closed until at least April 30.
Update 3.19.20: ISTS’ headquarters is closed until at least April 3 and all employees are telecommuting.
