ISTS Names Jose Resendiz VP of New Customer Care Department

Resendiz heads team providing industry-leading support services

International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS) recently named Jose Resendiz Vice President of their newly rebranded Customer Care Department.

Resendiz, a veteran of the customer service industry, has spent more than 20 years acquiring extensive experience serving the needs of a variety of consumers. Most recently, Resendiz served as Director of Customer Care for the Nashville hub of Symphony Services, a global software company headquartered in Palo Alto, California.

According to Resendiz, his passion for helping others was a good match with ISTS’ corporate philosophy of connecting financial aid to deserving students pursuing their goal of a higher education.

“Joining ISTS gives me the opportunity to leverage my experience assisting others to maintain industry-leading service levels and enhance the overall applicant experience,” Resendiz said.

Resendiz reiterated his primary goal is to build upon the foundation of excellence that ISTS established more than 25 years ago. ISTS’ Customer Care Department currently offers first-class phone and email-based support to applicants, parents, administrators and others with program-related inquiries.
