The ISTS Program Support division provides assistance and support to all program participants – including applicants, recommenders, managers, parents and nominators – via phone, live chat and e-mail during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 7:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM – 6:00PM Central). Agents are trained on each program we manage and we are proud to offer support in English, Spanish and French as a standard. Participants also have 24/7 access to a Self-Help Portal and a web-based contact form.
