A few weeks before joining ISTS in June 2023, I graduated college with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. As a recent college graduate, I understand firsthand the importance of scholarships and educational assistance programs. As you can imagine, I was thrilled to accept a position that would enable me to aid students looking for an opportunity to earn an education.

Since my first job, my career history has been oriented around customer service. In my experience, I have found that it is a fulfilling and rewarding profession that truly never stops giving. This career is perfect for me as I have always loved helping others and believe it is the one of the secrets to happiness.

As a Program Support Representative at ISTS, I am one of the first people that an applicant will interact with when he/she/they have an inquiry. My focus is to provide timely, attentive and positive encounters with all applicants and their families. It is my goal to make the application process as smooth as possible so applicants have an overall wonderful experience. My favorite part of my job is when I can change someone’s day by showing them the light at the end of the tunnel.

It is rewarding to be part of a team that is as passionate about assisting students and families as I am, and I look forward to gaining more knowledge and skills as the company continues to provide an important service in the education industry.
