Ever since I can remember, I have been drawn to the field of education. I come from a family of teachers, professors and college principals who have worked with students in different areas of learning. I grew up watching and imbibing the importance of academics and helping others, so it feels natural to be a part of a company that works to assist students in achieving their dreams and goals.

Since joining ISTS in 2018, I have had the opportunity to explore different positions – be it working as a Program Support Representative (PSR) or as part of the Training and Communications Team.

As a Senior PSR, my role focuses on directly assisting users with their applications, guiding our team in resolving any complex inquiries, training/mentoring other Representatives to provide excellent service, and determining needs and opportunities for our users and clients.

I am extremely passionate about languages and communications, both of which are critical to the smooth functioning of business processes and to delivering a great user and client experience. Working at ISTS enables me to remain closer to my passion.

I feel fortunate and blessed to be part of this wonderful ISTS family which has given me the opportunity to make a change, big or small, and bring smiles and happiness into so many people’s lives!
